Folks we already work with are working with us to setup a retirement / exit strategy from their current jobs!You just need to want it.This can "nights and weekends" or full time it's up to you!We are looking for folks all over the country to spearhead growth. Signing new properties, building teams, and developing a whole territory.You'll get equity in your territory and have the first option to own the entire territory if you want!AND the best part?
You don't have to recreate the wheel. You don't have to be an expert (you will be though working with us!)
Ideal Candidate
(what the position requires)- makes this a priority; to hit full potential and income, you need to be actively engaged. BUT! It can easily be nights and weekends!- you should be comfortable talking to people. This position relies heavily on talking to clients (property owners). The fact that we are accessible to our clients is key differentiating factor.- initial client outreach. We will help you create a marketing plan to reach out to property owners who will benefit from what we do (which is make them more money, with less work!)- walk thru units before and after setup, and spot checking quality- develop and lead the local team of housekeepers, runners, and maintenance- online community engagement- become an expert on state level STR regulations and gain mastery of local STR regulations
You do NOT:
- need to deal with guest contact or messages (and that can be hundreds of messages per day)- need to set up listings on Airbnb, create the copy, edit the photos of units, or worry about integrations- have to create "house packets" for units- generate initial pricing strategies- maintain the property informational database
What Else?
